Greg Kennedy has been completing appraisals in the Edmonton and surrounding area for the past 22 years. He became an appraiser in 2002 under the tutelage of his father Ed Kennedy with Kennedy Appraisals Ltd. and worked there for 16 years where he learned the profession and also trained Candidates as well as reviewed their work. He has been a member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 2002 and earned his CRA in 2009. Greg has developed good communication skills as well as research and organizational skills as an appraiser. He now manages his own appraisal firm.
